In this video tutorial, Jewel Tolentino demonstrates how to add a checkbox in docHub. To do this, you need to be in the prepare form section, accessed via the more tools tab. Once in prepare form mode, click on the checkbox icon, create your checkbox, name it, preview it, and then it will appear on your form.
