Select Start Settings Personalization Colors, and then choose your own color, or let Windows pull an accent color from your background.
Change colors in Custom mode Select Start Settings . Select Personalization Colors. Under Choose your color, select Custom. Under Choose your default Windows mode, select Dark. Under Choose your default app mode, select Light or Dark.
Select the Ease of Access Center from the menu items. Scroll down and click the Make the computer easier to see option (below the Explore all settings option.) Next, scroll down and uncheck the Turn off all unnecessary animations and the Remove Background images options.
Select Start Settings Personalization Background.
Click Start Settings Personalization Themes. Under Change theme, click the tile to switch to the theme youd like to use.
To change the color: Press Win+C keys (to bring up the Charm Bar) Click on Settings. Click on Personalization. Click on Desktop Background. From here you can select either images (Computer and Browse) or a solid color.

Change your desktop background image Select Start Settings Personalization Background. In the list next to Personalize your background, select Picture, Solid color, or Slideshow.
Fill The image is centered on the screen. The image fills the screen horizontally and vertically, and maintains its original aspect ratio. Parts of the image might overrun the left and right sides or the top and bottom edges (but not both). Fit The image is centered on the screen.
Click Start Settings Personalization Themes. Under Change theme, click the tile to switch to the theme youd like to use.
