well everyone hope you find yourself having a great day Ive got a neat little tutorial for you today more tutorial in combination with a little exercise you get you acclimated with some of the texturing functions in cinema 4d and i think what im going to do today is put together a realistic-looking log log that might be derived from a tree thats been cut down to maybe its been cut up into smaller log types sections maybe for use for some firewood but Im going to get started and its very simple Im using some textures im using two textures that are downloaded from google images i did a search for bark and i did a search for a log end now the bark is going to be the outer wrapping of the log and then the bark end its going to be on the top maybe where the saw blade cut through so lets get started Im going to drop in a cylinder into my scene and Im going to check the cylinder make it a little bit stubby and a little bit fat so that it gives the idea of a log like a section of
