When working with large amounts of text in spreadsheets, the limitations of cell size can cause issues with readability. In Microsoft Excel, inserting a text box can solve this problem by allowing word wrapping, line breaks, and formatting options. However, Google Sheets does not have a direct text box feature. To work around this, access text boxes in Google Sheets by going to Insert -> Drawing. This feature functions similarly to a mini word processor within the spreadsheet, allowing for better presentation and readability of long text strings.
