Create a template To save a file as a template, click File Save As. Double-click Computer or, in Office 2016 programs, double-click This PC. Type a name for your template in the File name box. For a basic template, click the template item in the Save as type list. In Word for example, click Word Template. Click Save.
From the Templates page, click on New Template. Then enter a name and description for your template. You can add files to the template by uploading a document from your desktop or the cloud. Creating a template is a lot like starting an envelope because you can add files, recipients, messages, and signing fields.
To copy the template, you need to send an agreement, using the existing Acrobat Sign template, through the authoring environment, and saving a copy in the process. Configure the agreement for two recipients. Note: Two recipients are defined because the template we are copying identifies fields for two recipients.
Log in to the docHub account. Navigate to the Manage page. Select the Templates and single click the template that you want to download.
Steps Log in to docHub account. Go to Account. Go to Account Settings. Select the option of Message Templates. Select the + icon to create a new template. Add the Template name and Template Message, and Save it.
To reduce the time to download and map fields to commonly used US Government forms, pre-built templates are available in Acrobat Sign.
A Sign template is a reusable template of frequently used form fields. You can create a Sign template and use it for sending agreements for signature.
