welcome to crm crew my name is nick and in todays quick tutorial im going to be explaining how to use tags in monday.com so once you log into monday.com of course you will come to the home screen now in order to use tags what we want to do is head over to workspaces at the top left hand corner here and then go to the board that wed like to start to add tags for so im going to use this board as our example and then in order to add tags just press the add column button go to more columns down the bottom and then the best way of finding it is just searching at the top left-hand corner and just search tags and as you can see telus comes up and we can go ahead and add that to our board now as tag says its a way of categorizing items across multiple boards what that essentially means is its a brilliant way of organizing items across the entire system its really convenient really really useful so if you press add to board and we can see here we now have our tags column thats been add
