working with tables is a crucial skills for anyone working with indesign documents you will have to first of all learn how to import the copy that you will use in your tables and then how to format and refine them and even how to save styles to keep the appearance of your tables consistent [Music] you can use the table example document to see how a table is set up but we will be starting from scratch with an empty document so thats what im going to do now i go to file new document and im just going to create an a4 landscape for my document i will click create and then what we will do here is to go to the table menu and choose create table once i do that i can type in exactly how many rows and columns i need we will need seven columns and for the body rules im going to just keep four for now but what i will also set is a header row now i will come back to explaining what that means but we will just need one of that and no footer rule necessary in this case so you can already see tha
