hi in this video I would like to show how to create a survey using Google forms and how to create the Matrix um type of questions so the Matrix will look like this uh this format that you can see in the word document in the right side of the screen so to create that I will need to go to Google forms and then I will go and click on uh lets see the first question I will click on this drop- down multiple choice and I will select where it says multiple choice grid so now I will need to fill in the rows so basically the questions each of those statements will be in the rows and the columns will be uh the strongly agree and strongly disagree uh word so Ill just copy and paste them and put them here so thats the first uh choice second choice copy and paste automatically it is going to go here so Ill just do uh maybe two examples really quick and then uh Im sure youll be able to get it or to take it from there so then so now let me take the first question and the second question and then
