Heres how to add Table Exceptions to a shift using OpenTable. Login to OpenTable then open the menu in the upper left corner To navigate to Availability Planning. From the Schedule tab click on the shift you want to edit, then click Shift Settings. Scroll down to Table Availability then click the Add Exceptions button. Select the tables or table combinations that have unique availability, then click Add. Table exceptions are a great way to limit tables for walk-In guests and how to control which tables are reservable online or by in-house staff. Once you are ready, click Save then Publish to commit to your changes.
