Adding comments using the Add Comments tool Click the options menu (), and choose Add Comments. Select a file you want to comment, and click Add Comments in the right pane.
The basic sticky note feature is available on docHub Reader and docHub. It is indicated by a speech bubble on the top toolbar (Image 1). Click on this button; you will see your mouse cursor change to the speech bubble. Click the document where you would like to leave a comment.
If the PDF has been Reader enabled the Review Comment tools are available in Reader. (Here, youd be able to add a sticky note.) If Review Comment tools are not accessible in Reader the PDF is not Reader enabled.
If you want to allow commenting on a PDF file, you must be the author of the file or have access to the docHub program that was used to construct it. Even if you use the most recent version of docHub to create a PDF, older versions of the program can still be used to read and comment on the file.
Select the Sticky Note tool in the Comment toolbar, and click where you want to place the note. Type text in the pop-up note. You can also use the Select tool to copy and paste text from a PDF into the note.
If the PDF has been Reader enabled the Review Comment tools are available in Reader. (Here, youd be able to add a sticky note.) If Review Comment tools are not accessible in Reader the PDF is not Reader enabled.
Open up a pdf document using docHub. Locate a part of the text within the document that you wish to add the note and then press the Add sticky note (Ctrl+6).
Right-click on the PDF document where you want to add the sticky-note. Select Add Sticky-note from the right-click menu. Note: This option is not available in edit mode. Click the or icon in the toolbar to switch to a compatible mode.
