hi Im Shannon grossie with versatile software training and Im here to show you how to fix the size of your cells in a word table I have a document open with a table in it Im going to show you two methods one method is where I have these two columns and I can kind of tell that one the name column is a little bit less wide than the phone column and Id like them to be the same so first Im going to just show you that Im going to select that name column and in the table tools Layout tab on the far left I can click on properties and Im in the cell tab and I can see my width is about two and a half inches lets see what that looks like when I select the phone column and up to properties and thats 3.2 so I want to even them out maybe about 2.75 for each of them and I want them to be exactly the same so now Im going to select both of the columns by just clicking and dragging across them back up to properties and Im going to check the box where it says preferred width and I could eith
