To sign with a digital signature, you need a digital ID containing your name, email, organization name, serial number, and expiration date. In DocHub, digital IDs are used to sign or add signatures to documents. To add or create a digital ID, go to the edit menu, choose preferences, signatures, select digital IDs, and click add ID. You can also add a digital ID file if you already have one. Fill in your name, department, organization name, and email to create a new digital ID.
