In this tutorial, we will learn how to sign a PDF document with a certificate-based digital signature in docHub. Firstly, download docHub from its original website for free. To sign a document with a certificate-based digital signature, you need to obtain a digital ID containing your information. In docHub, digital IDs are used to sign or add digital signatures to documents. Follow these steps: go to edit menu, choose preferences, then signatures, click on more for identities and trusted certificates, select digital IDs, and click on add ID button. If you have a digital ID from your organization, you can add it by selecting the option to add the digital ID file. Enter your name, department, organization name, and email address to create a new self-sign digital ID.
At DocHub, your data security is our priority. We follow HIPAA, SOC2, GDPR, and other standards, so you can work on your documents with confidence.
