hi im richard byrne in this video im going to show you how you can add shapes and drawings into your google documents i just had a colleague ask me about this so i thought id make a little video while i have some time here in my classroom so lets go ahead and take a look here at my google doc theres a couple of ways that we can add in shapes and drawings and theyre all going to happen here from the insert menu now here in the insert menu i can go and use special characters and we can choose any of these neat symbols and arrows and in here we have all kinds of other cool stuff like game pieces and emoticons and all kinds of neat stuff lets say i want to pick this arrow so ill add that arrow youll notice over here its now inserted into my document but it defaulted to 12 point fault which is my default for my google docs so to change the size of that im going to highlight it and then i can expand it by increasing the size of the font and i go over here and change the text colo
