thank you for joining this quick how-to screencast brought to you by salesforce support in this video you will learn how to set up a recipient to receive critical system alerts via alert manager when you send an email from email studio automation studio or journey builder and it fails due to a system error or subscriber limit we email the alert recipient a notification and the reason for the error but users are not automatically added to receive alerts to receive these alerts you must select an alert recipient lets see how to do that to access alert manager click your name in the upper right corner of the screen and select setup search for alert manager in the quick find box and click alert manager if you have not yet specified an administrator to receive alerts you will be prompted to select one select the user from the drop-down list and click save if in the future you need to change the alert recipient navigate to the alert manager page in setup click the edit button and change th
