if you are working in an office you might have different teams like sales marketing finance etc you can create a contact group for each team and add persons working in that team to the group creating separate groups helps to send an email to all people in the group by just selecting the group to create a group in the navigation pane click on people under Home tab click on new contact group give a name to the group like marketing team click on air members you can add members from Outlook contacts on tax or from address book or you can add a new email contact and add to the group click on Outlook contacts select the contact and click on members click OK to add to the group you can also add multiple contacts at the same time press and hold the shift key on keyboard then select multiple contacts using the mouse once done selecting click on members you can see all selected will be added to the group if you want to remove any member from the group select the member and click on remove membe

Unknown Recipient: There are two traditionally acceptable salutations when you are writing a business letter to an unknown recipient. To whom it may concern or Dear Sir or Madam show respect to anyone who is the intended reader.
Correct address formats Write STREET ADDRESS in uppercase letters. Write POSTAL CODES in uppercase letters and separate the first 3 characters from the last 3 characters with 1 space. Place the municipality, province or territory and postal code on the same line.
The simplest way is to use Or Current Resident in your addresses. If you do that, then USPS can leave the mail even if the recipient has moved away, so they dont care if you have the correct name in the address. But some mailers think this looks impersonal.
Is Mail Always Delivered as Addressed and Can it be Refused / Returned? The United States Postal Service will deliver the mail as addressed, but it does not have to be accepted. Without a specific reason to the contrary, mail sent to an address will be delivered.
