so were going to create a quote from an opportunity first by logging in to Salesforce you click opportunities you can select the opportunity that you want from this list view here or go to whatever list that you um you desire to ensure that theyre all visible you can also search them in this search list Im going to select one clicking on their name and then on the right hand side youll actually see the quotes related list so were going to click on quotes you can click new quote and this will this will pop up where you enter in all the fields anything with asterisk must be filled out Im going to select the date any status that you want if you want to review it any additional information do you have for that um I recommend filling it out as much as possible and you click save

Salesforce standard quoting allows users to generate PDFs directly from Salesforce using various customizable templates. Salesforce standard quote templates can contain images, rich texts, lists (from the quotes related list), and fields from quote, account, opportunity, contact, organization, and user.
Set Up Quotes From Setup, enter Quote in the Quick Find box, then select Quote Settings (Lightning Experience) or Quotes Settings (Salesforce Classic). Select the option for enabling quotes. Optionally, select the Create Quotes Without a Related Opportunity checkbox, and then click Save to enable that feature.
Go to the quote term where you want to add a display condition. In the Use Conditions related list, click New Term Conditions. Use the term condition fields to create a logical condition. Salesforce CPQ evaluates this condition whenever it generates a quote document that references this quote term.
