Step-by-step guide on how to make a quote Choose a quotation template. Enter business-related information. Add a quote number. Include the date of issue and expiry. Provide a detailed list of your products and services. Mention specific terms and conditions. Provide a timeline. Add other business or client details.
In your HubSpot account, navigate to Commerce Quotes. Click the name of the quote draft. In the quote editor, finish setting up your quote, then click Finish quote.
It can automate quotes from Contacts without needing a Deal in the following way: User can click a button in the HubSpot contact page and generate the quote, this quote can prefill some basic info from the contact. [Optional] Then the HubSpot user can add their customisation to the quote.
Create quotes. In your HubSpot account, navigate to Commerce Quotes. Click Create quote.
Automated quote creation is currently neither supported in workflows nor via API (at least not yet). As a workaround, you could however notify the deal owner with an internal email or a task about the change in deal stage. They could then manually create the quote.
To view template options, hover over the customized quote template, then click the Actions dropdown menu and select an option: Edit: edit the quote template. In the template editor, you can also edit the templates theme in the Settings tab. Clone: create a copy of the quote template.
In the template editor, drag the elements that you want to the template, and then complete the details. To add: One or more Quote fields or fields from related objects, use a section and add fields to it. Text that you can edit and format, such as terms and conditions, use Text/Image Field .
Select a Template. Creating winning quotes is a learning process. Add Client Information. Make sure you include who the quote is for. Enter the Quote Number. Include a Date of Issue. Enter Products or Services. Add Terms and Conditions. Include Notes. Add Optional Details.
