In this tutorial, the instructor demonstrates how to add a calendar question to a survey in Qualtrics. They start with a basic survey containing name and demographic questions. By importing a calendar date question from the Qualtrics library, they show that while it appears as a text box, there is a calendar built in the back end HTML. They customize the text to prompt users to enter their birth date, preview the survey, and demonstrate the functionality of the calendar question.

You would need at least 169 samples (with 95% confidence and with 5%- Margin of error) which is a most common requirement. With your current sample size you are having 11.3% margin of error (with 95% confidence).
A good maximum sample size is usually around 10% of the population, as long as this does not exceed 1000. For example, in a population of 5000, 10% would be 500. In a population of 200,000, 10% would be 20,000. This exceeds 1000, so in this case the maximum would be 1000.
As a very rough rule of thumb, 200 responses will provide fairly good survey accuracy under most assumptions and parameters of a survey project. 100 responses are probably needed even for marginally acceptable accuracy.
Most statisticians agree that the minimum sample size to get any kind of meaningful result is 100. If your population is less than 100 then you really need to survey all of them.
Why Is the Central Limit Theorem's Minimize Sample Size 30? A sample size of 30 is fairly common across statistics. A sample size of 30 often increases the confidence interval of your population data set enough to warrant assertions against your findings.
Academia tells us that 30 seems to be an ideal sample size for the most comprehensive view of an issue, but studies with as few as 10 participants can yield fruitful and applicable results (recruiting excellence is even more important here!).
For large populations the sample size doesn't change very much, e.g. for a population of 10,000 you need a sample of 370 and for 1,000,000 this is 384 (for confidence level 95% and margin of error 5%).
There is no hard and fast answer. However, as a general rule, the survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete; less than five minutes is more than twice as good. Typically, this means about five to 10 questions. Ask fewer questions if they are particularly involved or are free-response questions.
Sampling ratio (sample size to population size): Generally speaking, the smaller the population, the larger the sampling ratio needed. For populations under 1,000, a minimum ratio of 30 percent (300 individuals) is advisable to ensure representativeness of the sample.
15-minute survey: 30 to 45 questions For most surveys, 20 minutes is about the maximum you can go before respondent attention lags and data quality deteriorates.
