hi my name is India from the new customer support team and in this video well cover how to print a patients record first access the patients file then select the print icon across the top from this list you can select which items you would like to print for this patient in order to ensure that they have record of that medical notes you need to put a tick in print treatment history if you would like to include items which have not been charged you will need to press include charter only items and if you want to include treatment thats previously been voided ensure there is a tick in include voided items once youre happy with your selections you can click print to automatically print or if you would like to view click preview first from the preview screen you can then select print
