hello and welcome to this video where were going to discuss the new introduced html printing option on the work order uh so here we are were looking at were looking at an air compressor ive got a 1 000 hour offline pm and ive got some general notes here this uh this work order has been completed uh some check boxes have been checked off i saved one just to show you how it works but you can actually check these boxes now if youre not sure how to use this feature all you got to do is add tasks over here and hit the check box that creates a new box for you then you can manipulate the fonts and settings and those things but for now what i want to show you is how to print these off in the new html format the way that works is you come up here to print selected work order and then youll notice that these say html at the at the end here if i uncheck this box it goes back to my regular rtf reporting okay now in order to set this up so that this switches and is using the correct report

To View a Single Work Order To look up a specific work order, use transaction IW39. In the Order status box, check the Outstanding, In Process and Completed boxes. In the Order selection box, put the work order number in the Order field and click on the execute button. This will take you straight to the work order.
Assigned Tags Double click on that code to bring up the list of business transaction available for TECO. Again at the bottom of the left hand column, enter RMDR which is the code for Print Order, and press Enter. You may change the option from Forbidd to Permtd. This will allow you to print TECO work orders.
