In this video, well configure MicrosoftOutlook to automatically print incomingattachments with the help of MAPILab Print Tools. This add-in monitors Outlook folders andautomatically sends emails or files that matchspecified criteria to the printer. Lets imaginethat we have to print all incoming invoicessent as PDF attachments and payment instructionssent as Word documents. To start we will createa new Outlook folder called Print Invoices. Next, we will create a new Outlook ruleto copy incoming emails with invoicesto that folder. We go to the Hometab, Rules, Manage Rules and Alerts, New Rule. Apply rule on messages I receive. And herewe will select conditions for the rule. Number one: the subject mustcontain the word invoice. And number two: the email has to have an attachment. Next, we set what to do with the message. Move a copy to the Print Invoices folder. We can also add exceptions to therule. And finally, we will name our rule. Now lets open the MAPILab tab on
