Got questions?

Below are some common questions from our customers that may provide you with the answer you're looking for. If you can't find an answer to your question, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Start by checking your hardware If you're using a wired printer, make sure that the printer cable is properly connected from the printer to your PC. For wireless printers, check the wireless connection. Make sure the printer's wireless option is turned on and available.
Print with AirPrint Open the app that you want to print from. To find the print option, tap the app's Share button or or the Actions button . Scroll down and tap the Print button or Print. ... Tap No Printer Selected and choose an AirPrint-enabled printer.
If you can't find the print option, check the app's User Guide or Help section. Not all apps support AirPrint. Tap No Printer Selected and choose an AirPrint-enabled printer. Select the number of copies and other options, such as which pages you want to print.
The keyboard shortcut Ctrl+p is another option, especially for popup windows where you only get a partial toolbar. Thanks so much for your help... I am now happily printing away!
Tap Settings > Hardware > Printers > Create Printer Station. Enter a printer station name. Tap Printer then select printer. Click Connect AirPrint printer and choose your printer.
Print from your device On your Android device, open the Chrome app . Open the page, image, or file you want to print. At the top right, tap More. Share. Select Print . At the top, select a printer. To change any print settings, tap the Down arrow . Tap Print .
Use AirPrint to print wirelessly to an AirPrint-enabled printer from apps such as Mail, Photos, and Safari. Many apps available on the App Store also support AirPrint. iPhone and the printer must be on the same Wi-Fi network.
3. Select "Command Bar" to open the Command toolbar. The printer icon should appear as one of the Command toolbar's standard icons. If the printer icon is not in the Command toolbar, right-click on the Command toolbar and choose "Customize."
Since the iOS 13 and iPadOS update, you no longer find the print icon in the top two rows of your apps' share sheet. There is no PRINT ICON in iOS 13+ and iPadOS. That's because Apple moved the print function to the actions list that sits below the rows of icons.
Printing from your iPad or iPhone with a USB cable You'll need an OTG (on-the-go) USB cord. Make sure your iPhone or iPad supports USB OTG (not all phones do). You'll also need a USB cable to attach to the printer. Make sure the printer hardware is ready.
