Here youll find everything you need to print your presentation, including a preview and a place to adjust your settings. Now we could just enter the number of copies we want and click the print button right away, but before we do that when we take a look at some of the options below. If youre connected to more than one printer for example you can use the menu here to choose the one you want. You can also enter a custom slide range if youre working with a longer presentation and you only want to print certain sides. Otherwise, Print All should work just fine. For Settings, select the options you want: Slides - from the drop-down, choose to print all slides, selected slides, or the current slide. Print Layout - choose to print just the slides, just the speaker notes, an outline, or handouts. Collated - choose if you want them collated or uncollated.

If you get an error message that says, PowerPoint couldnt write to Microsoft Word, try the process again after first restarting your computer and opening only PowerPoint. PowerPoint combines Print and Preview in the same window. Click File Print. On the right, youll see a preview of your presentation. On the left, youll see the Print button and the configurable Settings.
There are four types of print layouts. Full Page Slides: This prints a full page for each slide in your presentation.
To access the Print pane: Select the File tab. Backstage view will appear. Select Print. The Print pane will appear.
