[Music] hey guys welcome back to another tutorial video here today im going to be showing you guys how to connect a wireless or even a wired printer to your mac so first things first you need to make sure that your printer is turned on and it is connected to the same wireless network that your computer is connected to so they need to be on the same network then open up your mac turn it on go to the upper left-hand corner where you see the apple icon or logo click that and then go to system preferences this is going to bring this dialog box up here and then the one that you obviously want to go to here is printers and scanners click on printers and scanners once youve opened up the printers and scanners box youll see here i have no current printers connected or associated with this mac so what you want to do is click the addition symbol here in the lower left hand corner and then once youve done that if your printer is connected to the same wireless network as your mac youre going
