In this tutorial, MDTech shows how to overlay one image on top of another using Microsoft Paint. To do this, open both images in separate Paint windows by searching for Paint in the Start menu and opening it twice. Next, open the first image in one window and the second image in the other. Then, use the select tool to outline the part of the second image you want to overlay on the first image. Finally, copy and paste the selected portion onto the first image to create the overlay effect.
