Change the relevant section to general text and input "Z log in screen info," then click the create button. This will launch the word application where you can type the desired message. Note that the method may differ in older releases. After composing the message in the word editor, use the appropriate button to view the output image. Icons can also be included; to find available icons, use transaction SE38, execute the report named RSTXICON, and select "icon" for the available list.
