In this video tutorial, learn how to insert and format a photo in a Word resume. Start by clicking the Insert tab, then selecting Pictures to choose a photo from your computer. After inserting, click on the photo to access the Crop option; select the area to crop and click outside the image to finalize the crop. To create a circular image, return to Crop, choose "Crop to Shape," and select the Basic Shape: Oval. To add a border, click on Format Picture, choose a solid line under "Field," adjust the color and thickness using the width setting (e.g., 3 for thickness). Finally, to make the image movable, right-click on it.
