In this tutorial, the presenter demonstrates how to easily add a photo to a Microsoft Access form without any coding. Using a sample database named "studentdb," the presenter shows that there is a table called "student reg" with an associated access form. To add a student photo, users should right-click on the student reg form, select design view, and in the design tab, choose the attachment option to place it on the form. Users can resize the attachment as needed. Next, by right-clicking the student reg table to access table design view, they can create a new column called "photo" with the data type set to attachment. The final step is to save and exit.
