Heres how: Click the Gear icon. Under Your Company, click Custom Form Styles. To create a new template, click the New style button in the upper right-hand corner. Select Invoice. Go to the Design tab to edit the template name, logo, color, font, and margins.
From customer and vendor profiles: Go to Get paid pay or Sales, then select Customers (Take me there). Find and open a customer profile. Select Edit. Go to the Custom fields tab. To create a custom field, select + Add custom field. Fill out the info about the field, then select Save. Select Save to save your changes.
Navigate to Gear icon More Settings Preferences Invoice. Go to Custom Fields and select + New Custom Field.
To change an invoice number: Go to Get paid pay and select Invoices (Take me there). Select the invoice in question. Go to the Invoice no. field and change the invoice number. Select Save and Close or Save and Send.
How to customize form templates. Select the type of form youd like to customize. From the form, select the Formatting tab then select Manage Templates. Select a template to preview, then select Copy to create a new template or select OK to edit the template.
Heres how: Go to Sales, then select Customers. Choose a customers name, then select Edit. In the Billing address section, add the phone number above the street address information. If the Shipping address is different, use the same steps to add the phone number to the shipping address field. Select Save.
Once you have it, heres how to add columns on the invoice template: Go to the Gear icon. Select Account and Settings. Choose the Sales menu. Select the Sales form content. Put a checkmark on the Custom fields section. Click Save, and hit Done.
To add a phone number permanently to sales transactions Choose a customers name. Select Edit. In the Billing address section, add the phone number above the street address information. If you want the phone number listed at the bottom, you can use the Country field within the billing address section.
