Wash your hands and Saalt Cup, and make sure to rinse your cup thoroughly. Inserting your cup is much easier when using water as a natural lubricant, so dont bother drying your cup. In fact, putting it in while youre in the shower is a great little trick. Low risk. You can insert your Saalt Cup while sitting, squatting, or standing with one leg raised. Start by folding your cup in one of the three folds, the C-fold, the punch-down, or the 7-fold. Then insert it rim first into your vagina. Now heres the trick, slide it in and back at an angle (towards your tailbone, not straight up) Once the cup is completely inside, let the cup pop open to create a seal between the cup and your vaginal walls. Your Saalt Cup should be positioned lower than a tampon, but should feel comfortable, so feel free to move it a little higher or lower to where it feels best. The stem can be all the way inside you, or partially outside of you, both are correct. It just depends on where the cup

An Amazon Machine Image (AMI) is a template that contains a software configuration (for example, an operating system, an application server, and applications). From an AMI, you launch an instance, which is a copy of the AMI running as a virtual server in the cloud.
Create an AMI from an Amazon EC2 Instance Right-click the instance you want to use as the basis for your AMI, and choose Create Image from the context menu. Create Image context menu. In the Create Image dialog box, type a unique name and description, and then choose Create Image.
An AMI consists of the following: This includes the operating system, an application server, and applications. Launch permissions that control which AWS accounts can use the AMI to launch instances. A block device mapping that specifies the volumes to attach to the instance when it's launched.
An AMI includes the following: One or more Amazon Elastic Block Store (Amazon EBS) snapshots, or, for instance-store-backed AMIs, a template for the root volume of the instance (for example, an operating system, an application server, and applications).
The term “baking into an AMI” refers to the practice of installing preconfigured software onto the instance that your Amazon Machine Image (AMI) is based on. When doing this with the Deep Security Agent, we recommended that you preactivate the agent before you bake it into your AMI.
AMI is divided into two categories: EBS - backed Instances. Instance Store - backed Instances.
To bake an AMI and create a custom WorkSpace bundle with a pre-installed and pre-activated agent, follow these steps: Add your AWS account to Deep Security Manager. Set the communication direction. Configure the activation type. Launch a 'master' Amazon EC2 instance or Amazon WorkSpace. Deploy an agent on the master.
By default, the deprecation date of all public AMIs is set to two years from the AMI creation date. You can set the deprecation date to earlier than two years. To cancel the deprecation date, or to move the deprecation to a later date, you must make the AMI private by only sharing it with specific AWS accounts.
The most common cause for slow creation of AMIs or snapshots is the amount of dirty data that must be copied to Amazon S3. This dirty data is measured by the number of blocks. The following factors might result in a large number of dirty blocks: Size of the EBS volume.
