A payee is a party in an exchange of goods or services who receives payment. The payee is paid by cash, check, or another transfer medium by a payer. The payer receives goods or services in return.
You can pay via your financial institution online or by telebanking, online by payment card, through our PAD plan or by mail.
To add a bill payee: From the apps Home screen, tap Move money. Tap Pay bills. Tap Manage bills. Tap Manage payees. Tap Add new payee and enter the payee name and your account number. Tap Add payee.
To set up an online or telephone banking payment, use the 15-digit customer-account number shown on your bill as the account number to be paid and City of Ottawa-Water as the payee. If you have trouble finding the payee name, please docHub out directly to your financial institution.
