hey coach coaches today were going to talk about success and how we can maybe frame success in our minds this season and from seasons in the future that we had a great year as a coach and we really impacted these kids in a positive manner one is that every kid kind of looks like hangman here and correct j yes o y e d that they enjoyed their experience two that they made new friends that would be amazing and three we talk about player development yes youre right e a r n d they learn something about the game this is why the kids play especially at the younger ages they want to have fun they want to enjoy they want to be with friends who want to learn something now if your team every kid came back and signed up to play for your region again that would be awesome but i think the ultimate measure at least kind of in my eyes and some of you ive talked to out there before agree is they sign up they come back and they ask for you to be their coach next year they write on that bottom of that
