Add or Remove fields from Selected Quote Line Items Multi-Line Layout To do this navigate to Setup | Object Manager | Quote Line Item | Page Layouts. Click Edit next to Quote Line Item Layout. Click Edit Multi-Line Layout in the editor box.
Navigate to Setup | Customize | Opportunity | Page Layouts. Click Edit on the layout you want to edit. Double-click the Products related list and set your fields and order.
To add a line item to a quote: Click Add Products in Lightning Experience or Add Line Item in Salesforce Classic in the Quote Line Items related list. If no price book was selected on the opportunity, select a price book for the quote. Otherwise, the quote uses the opportunitys price book.
Select Edit Lines on a quote record to open the quote line editor. The quote line editor lets you view all your quote lines and apply changes across the entire quote or to individual lines.
Change the field set on the Edit Lines page: From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Objects , and then select Object Manager. Select Quote Line. Select the quote line object. Select Field Sets. Select New, enter the field set details, and drag fields to the field set list as needed.
Right under the Quote Information header, there is the Line Editor Fieldset on Quote. It contains the quote fields displayed in Edit Lines page above the line items table. With the help of this Line editor fieldset, you can show information about the quote that is relevant to the sales rep.
