[Music] my name is Michael Craycraft I um am the President uh of Greenworks inspections and Engineering so we are currently the largest um inspection company in the state of Texas um I have 50 inspectors in the field uh home inspectors um we have five in training currently and then we have five currently U looking to add a couple more for our April training so well will be between 60 and 65 inspectors by the end of April so pretty pretty large company um continuing to grow as well and thats kind of a little bit of what I want to talk about of why were being successful why we can um continue to add to our team even in the this time where the Markets a little bit down as far as the real estate trans transactions go um so I became a home inspector 10 years ago 2014 uh um uh Ive done close to about 5,000 inspections um and theres a long story there but um what I found out pretty early on was that and and some of you may know this um was that theres a high season in the low season um
