hi Meredith uh happy Monday so I wanted to talk to you a little bit about how to make menus for the website uh especially you wanted to make a menu Thats essentially a draft menu and you wanted to include pages that are drafts so uh I had it wrong you actually cannot directly add a draft a draft page to a menu because its not going to show up in the list of pages because its drafted however we can make it we can publish it for a second add it to a menu and then draft it again uh and and thats a perfectly good way to add it um so essentially what were going to do here is make a menu that is not in use yet there is no way to make a quote unquote draft menu Its always a published quote unquote menu but were not going to add it to the header yet so were not going to add it to the header until youre ready so the first thing youre going to do do uh is actually youre going to go to the pages that you want to add to that and make that make sure that theyre published first so uh Im

Drafts are pages in the Draft namespace (draftspace) where new articles can be created and developed, for a limited period of time. They allow editors to develop new articles and to receive feedback before being moved to Wikipedias article namespace (mainspace).
