You can create a contact manually or automatically through the conversations tool. When a user sends a tracked and logged email to a prospect, a contact is created automatically.
To create a new deal pipeline: In your HubSpot account, click the settings settings icon in the top navigation bar. In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Objects Deals. Click the Pipelines tab. Click the Select a pipeline dropdown menu, then select Create pipeline.

Heres how you can do it: Go to your HubSpot account and navigate to the Settings page. In the left-hand menu, select the Objects option, then choose Deals. Scroll down to the Line Items section and click on Customize line item properties. Click on Add property and create a new property for your line items.
If your account has a Sales Hub Starter, Professional, or Enterprise subscription, you can automate actions based on deal stages. If your account has a Sales Hub Professional or Enterprise subscription, you can also set up automation in workflows to automate processes based on deals.
In the right sidebar of a record, in the Deals section, click + Add. Enter the details for your new deal in the Associate new tab. By default, the deal will be associated to the record. Once youre done, click Create, or Create and add another to add an additional new deal.
