The second paragraph states the specific information regarding your purpose. This may take the form of background information, statistics, or first-hand accounts. A few short paragraphs within the body of the letter should be enough to convey your message.
On the second page, no header is included, and the logo appears in the footer of the official letterhead template. You can also include necessary company details in the footer on the second page, such as contact information.

The North American paper sizes are based on traditional formats with arbitrary aspect ratios. The most popular formats of the traditional sizes are the Letter (8.5 11 inches), Legal (8.5 14 inches) and Tabloid (11 17 inches) formats.
Use plain (non-letterhead) paper of quality equivalent to that of the letterhead stationery for the second page. It should have a header with the recipients name, the page number, and the date. Place the header in the upper left-hand corner or across the page. (We prefer this format.)
If a letter contains two or more pages, use page numbering: an indicator (/2) at the bottom of each preceding page, flushed right, and page numbers themselves, centred at the top of each page.
