Outline View helps you manage a documents structure and headings without getting lost in the text. In Outline View (click View Outline), you use Outline Tools to move and edit headings, change heading levels, and move text around.
If you click on the View button you should see the Show document outline feature ticked. That said, the outline may not show until you click on the Outline button in the upper left corner of the screen. If for some reason the outline feature isnt enabled, simply activate it from the View menu.
You can enable outline mode to make grid visualizations easier to analyze. Create a grid visualization. Open the Format panel. Select General Settings from the first drop-down. Select Enable Outline.
