hi my name is Jason and I wanted to show you a little tip on something that you probably didnt know about adding notes to a ticket so here you see that I do have a closed ticket did you know that you can add notes to a closed ticket without actually reopening it heres how so you have your closed ticket and lets say you forgot to add a note to it well instead of reopening it and then reclosing it you can hit dispatch notes scroll down to the bottom and there is other links down here so you can hit add and type in your note and head note and it will be added without having to reopen your ticket thanks [Music]
