all right so you choose your app like this and youre gonna put in the company name which in this case it will be Andy then your choose your designation were gonna choose one one two which is a standard fleet inspection for like a landscape truck pulling a trailer some simple and your name click login all right this is gonna force you to put in the miles or hours to pay on the piece of equipment and then you can either choose it its pre ship pre ship for post shift and then just go through and check the boxes fluids oil license plates if you pick fail and of course you take a photo of the failure in this case a license plate and then once you say thats an okay photo you can add a comment to why its a failure so in this case license plate missing or fell off excuse me submit that and then just continue on your inspection yeah youre going to go through your fluids just the basic things of course we can change any of these and make any question you need so it fits your particular veh
