in an event you can also add in notes to let others know why you can or cannot attend meeting or if you want to say something to them so in order to do that click on an event which you have been invited to so so in my case this is an online event so im going to click on this so now once i go there im going to click on edit event and over here you can see that these are the people in uh the uh in the event so if you want to add notes and then say something to them then you can click on add notes right here and then you can see that another note says here so you can go around and add notes saying that i will be a bit late to this event as i got a meeting ending um ending at the same time so im just going to type this out right here and press done and now what happens is that the note will appear on bottom of it as you can see you can also go around increase the additional guess and maybe you want to say that im bringing someone else to this event as well so the other people know that
