hi my name is Matthew Pearce Im a software engineer and today Im going to show you how to add notes to an Outlook email message now theres a couple ways you can do it you can add it a note just by editing editing the note or you can add it as kind of a reminder use some of the features that mount Microsoft Outlook has to add a reminder or note for you so what you want to first do is open up Outlook and then you find the note that you want to add a excuse me you find the email you want to add a note to and see over here theres a little flag there if you right-click on that you get all these follow up flags here and you have this thing add a reminder now click on that and then right here it says flag to you enter whatever the note is that you want to you want to have attached to the email so Ill just type example note and the nice thing about this also is you can add start times and due dates on this and you can put a reminder in there to give your minor tech maybe you want to have

Contact us
Go to Settings Control Center, and add Notes. Then open Control Center and tap Notes to create a note. Or, just ask Siri to Start a new note.
Attach Note Using Insert Item Compose your email message in Outlook. Click Attach Item on the Message tab in the Include section. Select Outlook Item from the drop-down menu. Select Notes in the Select Items menu. Click on the Note that you want to attach. Click the OK button.
Under Groups in the left folder pane, select your group. On the Groups ribbon, select Add Members. In the Add Members box, search for people within your organization either by their full name or email address, and then select the names to add. Click OK.
The easiest way to start using the Apple Pencil to take notes on your iPad is to open the Apple Notes app, tap the New Note/Compose button in the top-right corner and start writing or drawing. You dont have to select the Apple Pencil icon before you start using it.
View Notes Click the More () button in the Navigation Bar. This menu shows additional Navigation Bar options, including Notes view. Select Notes.
Open the contact group. From the Show group of the Contact Group tab, select Notes . Enter group notes. Select Save Close .
Notes Preference and uncheck Resume last Quick Note box. After that, if you create a quick note via hot corner activation, it enables again. I faced this issue several times, almost after every restart of my Mac, and found this solution.
If you want to search through all notes in contacts press Ctrl + E while you are in People and search for the notes. If you have any questions related to Outlook, you can always reply and Ill be happy to assist you.
Insert simple notes for annotation purposes Right-click the cell and then click Insert Comment (or press Shift+F2). If youre using Excel for Office 365, right-click the cell and choose New Note.
Right-click a cell and select New Comment. Enter your comment and select Post.
