hello everyone its Matt and welcome to collaboration coach in this video Im going to give you a beginners guide to Microsoft OneNote and then at the end Ill share a few tips on how I use it and before we start if you like this video please remember to subscribe to our channel as we post every week and I dont want you to miss anything Microsoft OneNote is a digital note-taking tool you can use it to create notes and add content to them and it stores your notes in the cloud so you can use them on whatever device your happen to be on its very similar to other note-taking tools like Evernote and Google keep you can the OneNote app on iOS and Android devices and on Mac or Windows desktops and theres a web version that works on almost any modern browser as I said OneNote stores all your notes in the cloud and because theyre in the cloud it can sync those notes between all the devices youre using so if you create a note on your phone youll immediately see it on your desktop

Add notes to your slides On the View menu, click Normal. Select the thumbnail of the slide you want to add notes to. The notes pane will appear beneath your slide. Click where it says Click to add notes and type whatever notes youd like to add. To hide the notes pane, click the Notes button. on the task bar.
You can create a note from any Outlook folder. In Notes, on the Home tab, in the New group, click New Note.
Pro tip: You can rearrange notes in Google Keep by holding one until its selected and then sliding it around to the desired position. Swiping notes normally archives them, where as holding until theyre selected (when they glow blue) and moving them rearranges them.
Sort a list alphabetically in Word Select the list you want to sort. Go to Home Sort. Set Sort by to Paragraphs and Text. Choose Ascending (A to Z) or Descending (Z to A). Select OK.
View Notes Click the More () button in the Navigation Bar. This menu shows additional Navigation Bar options, including Notes view. Select Notes.

Speaker notes help you remember what to say when you present. Print them, or use Presenter view to see your notes, while the audience sees only your slides. Add speaker notes. Slides work best when you dont cram too much information (especially too much text) onto them.
Attach Note Using Insert Item Compose your email message in Outlook. Click Attach Item on the Message tab in the Include section. Select Outlook Item from the drop-down menu. Select Notes in the Select Items menu. Click on the Note that you want to attach. Click the OK button.
