hello everyone today I will show you how to create a work schedule in Microsoft Excel the lesson will be useful for those who are just starting to master this program but experienced users will also be able to learn something new for themselves if this video seems too fast or slow to you then you can easily choose the playback speed that suits you and if you want to watch videos without sound then just turn on subtitles I wish you a pleasant viewing so lets get started I click on one of the cells and type the number one I press enter then click on this cell again and move to the main tab to the section editing I open the fill options and I choose the point called series since I am making a work schedule for the month of September then in the line stop value I specify the number 30. after all this month is exactly the number of days I click ok this way I performed autocomplete with the specified condition and I didnt have to enter these numbers manually on the other hand I could do it

Shifts, the schedule management tool in Teams, keeps your frontline workforce connected and in sync. Its built mobile first for fast and effective schedule management and communications. With Shifts, frontline managers and workers can seamlessly manage schedules and keep in touch.
Any changes you make will be noted with an asterisk (*)theres an asterisk on the Share with team button, too, just to remind you to share the updates with colleagues. To share the schedule: Click Share with team. Make sure the time frame thats selected is what you want to share.

Replied on November 27, 2019 Report abuse. Hi Katli, After you save changes in a shift, asterisk will appear next tot the shift. This indicates that the change has been made but you havent published it yet.
3-3-4-4 schedule - This schedule involves working 3 consecutive days, 3 days off, 4 consecutive days, and 4 days off. Pin the Shifts app for quick access If Shifts isnt already pinned to the navigation bar in Teams, heres how to do it. In Teams, swipe up on the bottom navigation and tap Edit. In Edit navigation, drag Shifts from More Apps to the top section.
