The business logo is an integral part of your invoice that makes the invoice stand out from the others. Logos help the customer identify your company.
Add Your Logo or an Image to your Customer Display Go to your Account Settings tab, and click Business Locations Select the location youd like to update. Scroll down to the Point of Sale Checkout Background and click the icon to upload an image. Click Save in the top right corner. Reboot your Square Register.
The logo we apply to your invoices is the same logo that we apply to your digital receipts. To add a logo to your receipts, just head to Receipt section of your Square Dashboard. Youll see the Digital Receipt Logo area, where you can upload an image.
You can customise the appearance of your invoices from your online Square Dashboard. Go to Invoices from the navigation bar, then tap Settings Invoices.
Add the clients details, including company name, address, and contact information. Number and date the document. Add a description of the work carried out, the number of hours worked and the hourly rate you are charging. If there are different types of work or different rates, use separate lines.
To add a profile picture as your logo: Sign in to your online Square Dashboard navigate to Account Settings. Click Business Locations Click on the name of your location. Scroll down to Branding click Upload to add a new profile picture click Save.
You can customize your receipt logo for each business location in the Locations tab of your online Square dashboard.
