docHub Reader: docHub Reader is a free PDF viewer that allows you to add hyperlinks to PDFs. To do this, open the PDF in docHub Reader and select the Edit PDF tool from the toolbar. Then, use the Add Link tool to draw a rectangle around the text or image that you want to link.
If youre a Google user, you can make links in your PDF from right within the Google Docs app. Right-click on your PDF in Google Drive and select Open with Google Docs. Once your PDF content is opened as a Google Doc, select and highlight the text you wish to link.
Using docHub, open a PDF document to add hyperlinks. Choose Tools Edit PDF Link Add/Edit Web or Document Link and then drag the rectangle to where you want to create the link. Next, in the Create Link dialogue box, adjust the link appearance and select Open a Web Page for the link action.

If youre working on a desktop, you can add hyperlinks to your PDF document using online programmes like Smallpdf or WPS PDF. These two tools work with both Windows and Mac operating systems. The WPS PDF app is available for iOS and Android operating systems if you want to utilize a mobile device.
Click the Share A Link To This File icon. Allow Comments is switched on by default. Click the switch if you want to turn it off. Click Create Link to generate and copy the link URL. This will upload the PDF to the docHub Cloud, which may take a few moments depending on the size of the file.
Click the Share with Others icon. Enter the names or emails of the recipients. Add a message if you want to. Choose whether to allow comments or not by clicking the icon. Add a Deadline if you want to. Click Send. Recipients will receive an email with a link to the PDF.
