hello in this video we are going to show you how to add another director to your company log into your cipc account and click on transact in the top right corner click on amend company director details at the top enter the company registration number and click on validate your company details will come up verify them if they are correct type in the id number or passport number of the director click the round box then click on continue click on add new director enter the details of the new director by filling out the form and clicking on save at the bottom pay attention to the appointment date as it needs to match other documents that we will tell you about soon if you want to add another director click on add another director if not click on continue we are required to edit the details of the existing director click on the edit button check if the information is good pay attention to the director status and make sure its active then click on save click on continue verify the names sur
