Adding a background to a certificate is easy! Just open up Certifier and choose Upload Background. From there, you can select any image you like and add it to your certificate. If youre not sure what kind of background to use, you can always browse through our library of free background images.
A certificate of achievement typically includes several elements, such as: The name of the recipient. The date the certificate was awarded. The name of the organization awarding the certificate. A brief description of the achievement being recognized. A signature or seal of the organization awarding the certificate.
Step 2: Create a certificate border Click Format Paragraph styles Borders and shading. A pop-up window with border options will appear. Choose the border width, color, and background color. To expand the border across the entire page, click enter (same as the table border).

2 Choose and add borders Select the Design tab in Microsoft Word. Click on Page Borders. A window will appear, choose the style, thickness, and color of your border. After making your selections, click OK to insert the border onto your certificate.
Go to Design Page Borders. In the Borders and Shading box, design your border: Under Setting on the left, choose the border style you want. If you want to remove a border, select None.
