[Music] hey guys welcome back today im going to be leading you through a quick five-minute warm-up that you can do before every single home workout there is no jumping included in this workout so its a great apartment friendly warm-up you dont need any equipment just make sure that you can see your screen so you can follow along with me and without further ado lets get to it all right guys were first going to start off just by rolling out our neck so big half circles from side to side make sure your shoulders are pressed down [Music] is [Music] all right next up were going to warm up our shoulders so were just going to do one arm at a time take some big bends in the knees were going to roll backwards first big big circles [Music] and switch forward [Music] [Music] [Music] good and switch forwards [Music] all right were going to step our feet up nice and wide arms come out to the side docHubing for opposite toes and back to center [Music] me [Music] good were gonna keep our fee
